I like it too...and the colours. Just think the big globe is a bit too strong, takes most focus from everything else, makes it hard to read anything. I'd also dump the Flash menu, not very usable. Lots of space up there, I'd make all the menu items and their children as links up there. Make a nice box to house them all.
